Based on the high load carrying capacity of steel, rp tec mullion-transom and add-on curtain wall systems perfectly lend themselves to creating highly transparent and extremely versatile structures of cutting-edge design. Great structural strength and slim face widths are other features of RP Technik curtain wall systems which allow the implementation of large spans in slim geometries and with high glass weights.

Offering three times the load carrying capacity of aluminium, steel lends itself to implementing large spans in slim geometries.
Compelling in form and function
RP Technik curtain wall systems are also the ideal solution for polygonal curtain walls and are capable of meeting passive building requirements.
- Face widths of 45, 55 and 60 mm
- Can also be used to implement all-glass roofs and 0o roof glazing solutions of delicate appearance
- Optionally executable as structural glazing/all-glass facade
- Large spans are feasible because of a load carrying capacity three times as high as that of aluminium
- Vertical and polygonal versions are possible
- Good processability and cost effectiveness thanks to straight cuts and optimised installation sequences
- Variable add-on curtain wall systems with face widths of 50, 55, 60 and 80 mm
- Glass roofs with 0o inclination can be implemented, also as structural glazing
- Vertical and polygonal curtain walls up to 30o
- Execution as structural glazing/all-glass facade is possible
- Passive building requirements are met due to thermal transmittance up to Ucw ≥ 0.55 W/m²K
- Sophisticated connection types for cost-effective production: nail fastening system, set stud technology, screw connection
